Mateusz is starting his studies (International and War MA) at King's College London this year. He works at the Permanent Secretariat of the Community of Democracies - a global intergovernmental coalition of states founded in 2000 by U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and Polish Foreign Minister Bronisław Geremek. Mateusz focuses on defending & strengthening democratic institutions, international security and emerging technologies. He is a Chatham House’s Common Futures Conversations and European Democracy Youth Network member. For several years, he has co-organised aid for refugees from Chechenia. Mateusz graduated from Utrecht University with majors in international law and politics.
