About Foundation

Rafał Brzoska - Founder and President of the Foundation and Omenaa Mensah - Vice President of the Foundation
Mission of the Foundation
Rafal Brzoska Foundation was established to support young talented and hard-working people on the path of their further development. The Foundation will carry out its mission by running educational and development programs. The first of these is the Scholarship Fund.
I am deeply convinced that helping is a key element of being human. I believe that appropriate support for conscious, talented and aspiring young people can help them find full fulfillment and change the world for the better. In all the projects I am involved in, I am always supported by Omenaa Mensah - my great Inspiration, Friend, Wife. That is why I cannot imagine running the Foundation without her by my side.
Rafal Brzoska
Founder

Rafal Brzoska
My name is Rafał Brzoska and I am an entrepreneur, founder and president of Integer.pl Capital Group. For over a dozen years, I have been developing the InPost brand, which has become a leader in logistics services and reaches millions of households not only in Poland, but also on several European markets.
My success is a source of great joy and personal satisfaction - but I remember my way to where I am now. I was born and raised in the Silesian countryside, I went to school there, but without the possibility of extracurricular activities, learning foreign languages, and without financial support from my family. However, I have never lacked ambition or the determination that helped me make my dreams come true.
Professional and financial success, however, does not bring complete happiness if its derivatives cannot be shared with others. That is why the time had come for me to create my Foundation, the mission of which is to empower young talented people and provide them with opportunities for educational development - without borders.

Anthem of the Foundation
Bridges
We are proud to present the music video for the song "Bridges", a joint work of the Rafal Brzoska Foundation Scholars: Nina Anto, Hanna Derea, Aga Płaczek, Malgorzata Bobinska, Natalia Dragan, Zoya Gizy, Pola Hayder, Kasia Palowska and Paulina Pietras.
"Bridges" has become the symbolic anthem of our Foundation - a story about connecting worlds, responsibility and intergenerational cooperation.
The song was composed by the Scholars and premiered at the 3rd annual meeting of Rafal Brzoska Foundation Scholars in January 2025.
The music video for it, recorded in 3 studios, on 2 continents, first saw the light of day at the 4th Annual Meeting of Scholars in December 2025. The song can also be listened to on streaming platforms and viewed on our YouTube channel.
