About Rafał Brzoska Foundation

Foundation mission

The Rafał Brzoska Foundation was established to support young, talented and hardworking people on the way to their further development. The Foundation will carry out its mission by running educational and development programmes. The first is the Scholarship Fund.

Founder

I am deeply convinced that helping is a key element of being human. I believe that appropriate support for conscious, talented and aspiring young people can help them find full fulfillment and change the world for the better. In all the projects I am involved in, I am always supported by Omenaa Mensah - my great Inspiration, Friend, Wife. That is why I cannot imagine running the Foundation without her by my side.

My name is Rafał Brzoska and I am an entrepreneur, founder and president of Integer.pl Capital Group. For over a dozen years, I have been developing the InPost brand, which has become a leader in logistics services and reaches millions of households not only in Poland, but also on several European markets.

My success is a source of great joy and personal satisfaction - but I remember my way to where I am now. I was born and raised in the Silesian countryside, I went to school there, but without the possibility of extracurricular activities, learning foreign languages, and without financial support from my family. However, I have never lacked ambition or the determination that helped me make my dreams come true.

Professional and financial success, however, does not bring complete happiness if its derivatives cannot be shared with others. That is why the time had come for me to create my Foundation, the mission of which is to empower young talented people and provide them with opportunities for educational development - without borders.
