I am deeply convinced that Poland’s greatest asset is its human capital – ambitious, talented, and hardworking young people who, with the right support, can compete with the best in the world. I believe that investing in their development is not only an opportunity for them individually, but also a foundation for building Poland’s strong position as a regional leader and one of the world’s most important economies.

That is why it is so important to me to create an environment in which the most talented individuals can fully develop their abilities, pursue their aspirations, and boldly reach for more. In all my activities, I am constantly accompanied by Omenaa Mensah – my inspiration, partner, and wife. It is thanks to her sensitivity and commitment that our joint projects have not only scale, but above all meaning and real impact.

Rafał Brzoska

Rafał Brzoska is an entrepreneur, founder, and CEO of the Integer.pl Capital Group. For over a decade, he has been developing the InPost brand, which has become a leader in logistics services, reaching millions of households not only in Poland but also across many European markets.

His success is today a source of great joy and personal fulfillment. At the same time, he clearly remembers the path he took to get where he is now. He comes from a small town, and his curiosity about the world and people motivated him to continually push beyond new boundaries. Perseverance and hard work enabled him to achieve his current position.

With people who share the same determination in mind, he established a fund supporting young talent. He believes that true fulfillment comes from sharing one’s success with others. That is why he created a foundation whose mission is to unlock the potential of young, talented individuals and provide them with access to borderless education and development opportunities. He emphasizes that the best investment is investment in people — which is why, since 2022, over 20 million PLN has been allocated to this purpose, enabling support for 99 scholarship recipients so far.

Olga Brzezinska

Deputy Director of the Adam Mickiewicz Institute and Program Director of the Leadership Academy for Poland. An expert in management, leadership, and strategy, she lectures at the University of Warsaw, Jagiellonian University, and the Theatre Academy in Warsaw.

Prof. Zbigniew Antoni Gaciong, MD, PhD

Rector of the Medical University of Warsaw for the 2020–2024 term. He is a professor of medical sciences, academic teacher at the Medical University of Warsaw with scientific specialties: Internal Diseases and hypertension.

Dr. Maciej Kawecki

Doctor, journalist, popularizer of technological knowledge, EU Digital Ambassador, president of the Lem Institute, vice-rector for innovation at the WSB University in Warsaw.

Omenaa Mensah

Omenaa Mensah is the first Polish member of the prestigious Africa Acquisitions Committee at Tate Modern, reinforcing her commitment to elevating African art globally. This influential committee shapes the gallery’s international collection by spotlighting exceptional works from the continent. She champions emerging and established artists, ensuring their voices resonate on the global stage and African art secures its rightful place in international discourse. As the visionary behind the TOP CHARITY Auction, she has set new benchmarks for philanthropy in Europe.

Monika and Teresa are responsible for the coordination and management of the Foundation’s programs – from the scholarship selection process, through supporting beneficiaries during the grant implementation phase, to accompanying both scholarship recipients and alumni in delivering exceptional projects within the Rafał Brzoska Foundation (RBF). Paweł (social media) and Konrad (PR) are responsible for the Foundation’s visibility, building its presence in the public space with the aim of inspiring future generations of young people to boldly pursue their goals and dreams. Overseeing all activities is our Executive Director, Ewa, who ensures strategic coherence and the efficient functioning of RBF as an organization supporting the development of ambitious initiatives and the young people behind them.
