Thanks to the RBF Fellowship, I was able to take my ambitions to a global level (...) Now I not only dream more boldly, but also realistically co-create the space where tomorrow's solutions are created.

Why do I engage in mentoring within the Foundation? Because I believe that access to an experienced partner in the decision-making process can make a real difference in the trajectory of a company. (...) It's a conscious choice of responsibility - for people, for the quality of leadership and for the future of the business.

Thanks to the Rafal Brzoska Foundation scholarship, I got into one of the best music universities in the world, where I found my people, inner peace and happiness.

In any field, the beginnings are the most difficult, sometimes determining the professional future. For me, these meetings are not only the satisfaction of providing help - as much as possible, of course - but also the opportunity to observe how the next generation defines and co-creates contemporary artistic phenomena.

This experience is not only an intensive artistic development under the guidance of a master, but also an extraordinary opportunity to meet inspiring people and build relationships that result in unique art projects.

It's not about ready-made answers, it's about getting the Grantee to start asking the right questions and thinking for themselves. When I see that moment when someone changes their perspective and starts looking at their decisions differently - that's exactly what I'm in it for.

For young people, well guided mentoring gives greater clarity of decisions, strengthens their courage to act and the feeling that someone experienced is standing next to them when they take the most important steps. For me, it is also a lesson in humility and learning, because mentoring always works both ways.

The RBF scholarship not only supports my scientific development, but also allows me to fulfill my dreams. It is thanks to it that I have had the opportunity to be in two centers of the European Space Agency: the space applications and telecommunications center - ECSAT in the UK, and the main technical center - ESTEC in the Netherlands.

My numerous observations and mentoring experiences show that the fellows - born and raised in a world of new technologies, innovations and dynamic market changes - have no complexes against peers from other countries. As a result, they boldly participate in international science, startup, business and art competitions.

I come from a small village of Jedlanka Stara (population 250) and never imagined that my life could develop in such a direction. However, being a grantee is an amazing opportunity to work with other grantees, at conferences, projects and competitions, but most of all to have amazing friends!

Thanks to the scholarship, I have the opportunity to develop my artistic path under the guidance of excellent specialists.

The RBF scholarship has opened up exceptional opportunities for my academic development — thanks to it, I am studying at the University of Oxford and completed an internship under the supervision of a Nobel laureate.
