Executive and career coach, working daily with talented professionals in the music industry — including conductors, composers, instrumentalists, vocalists (including opera singers), ensembles, agents, and music producers — as well as other representatives of the artistic and creative sectors. Her work focuses on unlocking creative potential, fostering innovation, and developing effective strategies to achieve defined goals. Her mission is to equip musicians with the knowledge necessary to operate effectively in the contemporary world and increase their impact. She is a specialist in strategic communication planning, including brand building, team development, organizational culture, public relations, and public affairs. The first part of her professional life was devoted to music: she studied harpsichord at the University of Music and Performing Arts Salzburg under Prof. Elżbieta Chojnacka and Prof. Kenneth Gilbert, and at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw under Prof. Leszek Kędracki. She completed the prestigious Women’s Leadership Development Programme at the University of Oxford and holds a degree in economics from the Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw. She has held managerial positions in international corporations and founded the recognized Polish consulting firm Citybell Consulting. She has participated in and supervised nearly 200 consulting and communication projects of national and international significance for businesses and institutions, earning 16 awards at major industry competitions in Poland and abroad. Her clients include T-Mobile, Orange, Stroer Group, Jeronimo Martins, ABB, PZU SA, Polnord SA, AMS SA, European Commission, Vastint, Costa Coffee, SMB Miller, Kompania Piwowarska, as well as city and regional administrations such as Gdańsk, Toruń, Poznań, Warsaw, Szczecin, Rzeszów, Bydgoszcz, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Podkarpackie, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. She has carried out marketing and advisory projects for cultural institutions, including Filharmonia Szczecińska, Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, Młyny Rothera in Bydgoszcz, Elbląska Orkiestra Kameralna, Filharmonia Pomorska, and Academy of Music in Gdańsk, as well as developing publicity strategies for leading festivals and cultural events in Poland. She conducts original lectures and career and artistic entrepreneurship development programs at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw and the Academy of Music in Gdańsk, which have engaged over 1,000 young musicians to date. She is the originator and organizer of Women in Classical Music Meet Up — one of the most important events in the classical music industry. Its goal is to facilitate knowledge exchange, inspire creativity and leadership among women in the arts (especially classical music), create new trends, and promote innovative practices that support the development of the classical music sector and open new opportunities. She also guest-lectures and conducts workshops in collaboration with cultural institutions, NGOs, and business organizations.
