Business psychologist, mentor, and coach. Lecturer in the Management and Leadership program at SWPS University and Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at SWPS. Supervisor of the student clubs Leadership LAB and BIZ – Business. Innovation. Management at SWPS. Mentor and trainer in the international startup acceleration program The PFR School of Pioneers. In 2023, he received the prestigious SPIRITUS MOVENS Award for outstanding mentoring and training achievements across six editions of The School of Pioneers. He also serves as a mentor in the SWPS Student AI Valley development and education project and is the founder of the Acts of Leadership Award Gala at SWPS. Author of three books: “Przywództwo w działaniu”, “Maski przywództwa”, and “Przywództwo. Transgresje. Demokracja”, in which he presents and analyzes the Acts of Leadership model and the concept of Leadership in Action. For over 15 years, he has mentored and supported the development of young talented individuals in areas such as entrepreneurship, startup building, science, art, education, and social engagement.
