Maksymilian comes from Ełk, where he graduated from a technical secondary school with a qualification as a logistics technician. He is currently a master’s student in Management and Leadership at SWPS University. Thanks to the support of the Foundation, he has been able to continue his education while also developing himself and benefiting from the knowledge and experience of leading universities worldwide. He is a laureate of numerous business and technology competitions, including representing Poland in the Seeds for the Future program organized by Huawei in China and being a finalist in the NATO Student Challenge. He is currently focused on issues of security and compliance in the field of artificial intelligence.
During his scholarship, together with Weronika Chmielewska, he co-founded the Risewave Foundation, which aims to amplify the voice of Generation Z in the marketing industry. He is actively engaged in various social initiatives, regularly donates blood, and is a bone marrow donor, treating social engagement as an integral part of his personal and professional development journey.
