Małgorzata Czarnik was in her final year at V High School in Krakow when she applied to the Rafał Brzoska Foundation. The foundation enabled her to continue her education at New York University (NYU), where she studies law, with additional courses in mathematics and data science. For her academic achievements and social involvement, she received the Recognition Award from the president of NYU. Małgorzata's research interests include migration, U.S.-China relations, and game theory. She has already published several academic articles and is working on more. She also has experience as an intern at the Osborne Clarke law firm and the Ministry of Digital Affairs. Outside of her academic and professional life, she is developing a social project with the support of the United Nations, mentors younger students at her university in their academic careers, and serves as Vice-President of the largest academic club at the university. She has been involved in volunteering for years, including supporting the teaching of English to underprivileged Chinese children. She speaks three foreign languages: English, French, and Chinese. In her free time, she dedicates herself to her passion - barista art.
