A percussionist from Silesia, Poland, and a multiple recipient of scholarships from the Mayor of Katowice, the Polish Minister of Culture and National Heritage, and the “Young Poland” program, which enabled her to purchase a marimba. She is a laureate of over 23 national and international competitions and a finalist of the “Young Musician of the Year 2024” competition.
She is currently studying percussion in the class of Dr. Ksenija Komljenović at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where she was awarded the prestigious Kenan Excellence Scholarship. As a soloist and chamber musician, she actively collaborates with young composers, promotes contemporary Polish music, and participates in international projects connecting artists from diverse backgrounds and countries.
For years, Paulina has been developing her artistic career while pursuing a mission to promote Polish culture and percussion on the international stage, as well as supporting students of Polish music schools. She approaches music as a continuous search for beauty, believing that in art, it is imperfection that constitutes its true perfection. In parallel, she is engaged in volunteer work within UNCSA Media, where she supports the promotion of young artists.
