Weronika is a young generation leader and the founder of the Risewave Foundation, which amplifies the voices of young people in the business world by involving them in the co-creation of marketing strategies for companies. Through her work, she has collaborated with global brands such as PepsiCo, IKEA, Deichmann, and Marriott. Her projects have been recognized with, among others, the Mayor of Warsaw Award, the European Charlemagne Youth Prize, and the “Golden Wolf” Award for the best social project in Poland.
Thanks to the support of the Rafał Brzoska Foundation, she continues to develop her leadership and entrepreneurial skills. She is a graduate of the Global Entrepreneurship Summer School in Mexico and the Pioneers School organized by the Polish Development Fund. With financial support enabling her participation in the I Love Marketing & Technology conference in October 2025, she first attended the event as a participant and, only six months later, returned as a speaker. Her presentation received a rating of 5.19/6 from attendees and ranked among the highest-rated talks of the conference, taking 4th place on the stage ranking.
Currently, together with the Risewave team, Weronika is organizing the second edition of the Marketing Wave Ideathon – the largest in-person marketing challenge for Generation Z. As part of the initiative, young participants create marketing campaigns for brands such as Wedel, Dafi, InPost, Dove Men+Care, and Polsat Media, while developing creativity, strategic thinking, and a sense of agency.
Weronika is also the CEO of MD Fellowship – a community of young founders whose mission is to connect aspiring entrepreneurs with leading business mentors in Poland. Through organizing events and initiatives, she actively promotes practical startup-building knowledge and supports the development of young entrepreneurs.
