A youth leader and founder of the Risewave Foundation, which amplifies young people’s voices in the business world by involving them in co-creating marketing strategies for companies. She has worked with major global brands such as PepsiCo, IKEA, Deichmann, and Marriott. Her projects have earned her the Mayor of Warsaw Award, the Charlemagne Youth Prize, and the Golden Wolf Award for the best social project in Poland. Weronika is also the CEO of the MD Fellowship program, which connects young founders with top entrepreneurs and investors in Poland.
