Mikołaj is a 17-year-old student at a technical school from a small town. He runs his own eco farm with chickens and quails. He is currently studying veterinary science. Mikołaj is socially active, educating others on topics related to eco-friendly food and farming. Despite his young age, he has already become the author and publisher of his first book. He believes that writing this book is the beginning of his brand, which will spread its wings in the future. The Rafał Brzoska Foundation supports Mikołaj in learning languages that are crucial for the realization of his future educational and business plans. In 2024, he placed 5th in the regional stage of the 'animal production' block of the competition.
