Mikołaj runs an ecological farm of chickens and quails, comes from a small town, and is a student at I Liceum w Chmurze in Warsaw. He is involved in educating others about organic food and is interested in regenerative agriculture, which he plans to develop in the future. He is the author of a book and a laureate of the National Olympiad of Agricultural Knowledge and Skills in the “Animal Production” category, which he sees as the beginning of building his personal brand and long-term activity.
This year, thanks to the support of the Rafał Brzoska Foundation, he spent a semester at Deer Park High School in Texas as part of a student exchange programme. He plans to continue his American education and follow two education systems in parallel. In the future, he aims to study abroad and develop his own business in the field of agriculture and food.
At the same time, he shares his knowledge and experience, inspiring young people to take action. In the coming years, he plans to develop his own social and educational initiatives.
