For several days, the city of Łódź became the heart of the national debate on the future. Econverse FUSE 2025 gathered experts, startup founders, and leaders of change to discuss the key challenges facing Poland. The Rafał Brzoska Foundation proudly served as a patron of this event.
The Econverse Foundation was initiated by our scholar, Jan Bartkowiak, who – together with another of our scholars, Szymon Jackowski – organized this fantastic platform for collaboration. Other Rafał Brzoska Foundation scholars actively participated, not only gaining knowledge but also sharing their experiences and emphasizing the role of mentorship and financial support in achieving success. Among them were Maks Kędzierski and Adrianna Czechowska (panelists) and Nikodem Ciomcia. The jury included RBF mentor Artur Racicki, while another mentor, Maciej Kawecki, moderated one of the discussion panels.
The event featured an impressive lineup of guests and speakers, including:
The Econverse FUSE 2025 conference focused on four pillars:
Significant attention was given to the role of AI in the economy and society. Experts emphasized that Poland has the potential to become Europe’s AI center – provided there are adequate investments in education and innovation support.

The partnership between our Foundation and Econverse demonstrates that the future belongs to those with the courage to dream and act. Founder Janek Bartkowiak reflected on the partnership: “The Rafał Brzoska Foundation is not just financial support; it is a community of ambitious people who inspire and motivate each other. The most important thing is this atmosphere of support – we feel secure within this group of scholars.”
This year’s edition of Econverse FUSE proved that investing in young people is the cornerstone of national development. By supporting this initiative promotionally, editorially, and substantively, the Rafał Brzoska Foundation has shown that real change begins with ambitious individuals who dare to take action.
